Night at the Japanese Temple is among the first landscape paintings I ever completed. I chose to display it because I’m fascinated that every stroke, from the largest sweep to the finest detail, was made using only a single paint brush

Flowers by the Waterfall is the first landscape painting I ever brought to life. I chose to feature it because its soft, expressive hues reflecting on natures beauty suspended in time.

Transcendent Galilei represents the Aurora Borealis personified as an ethereal figure existing in the midst of wonder and attention. Its name is inspired by Galileo Galilei’s extensive writings on the aurora.

The Wandering Conscious a piece I created while I was lost in thought. This piece portrays a woman quietly drifting into her own thoughts as the man’s banter continues to surround her.

The Other Woman depicts Emily from the Corpse Bride looking at her reflection, entering a moment of regret and acceptance. The piece reflects the belief that genuine love for another begins with love for oneself

Blind to Desire depicts Victor Van Dort from the Corpse Bride glancing at Emily, unaware of the one-sided love she quietly harbors. Although his heart belongs to another, he continues to treat her with kindness and affection.

Timeless Reverie, a mirror framed in gold, was once intended as a portrait of my most cherished character, but as each stroke took shape, I realized that the character I truly admired was my own reflection.

In this painted portrait, I experimented with different colors to complement my character’s face. At first, I struggled, as the entire face appeared purple-gray. However, as I gradually built up layers of color, I began to understand my intended color scheme and how to direct the main focus towards the face. My inspiration for this piece was likely Claude Monet’s Lady with a Parasol.
